Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Online Marketing Assistant to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience, as well as creating and managing sales listings on our online platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media platforms, mainly Facebook and Instagram, with an enthusiasm for researching trends, as well as the ability to collaborate with the shop floor team to help drive sales.

Duties

• Managing online marketing channels e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
• Listing of products on online sales platforms e.g. company website, Etsy, eBay etc.
• Liaising with customers worldwide via messaging, e-mail etc.
• Arranging domestic and overseas packing and shipping of sold items.
• Expanding our presence online to reach a wider client base.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management e.g. Meta Suite (Facebook and Instagram).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creativity.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of antique jewellery welcome but not essential; the job will provide opportunities to learn all aspects of the jewellery trade through hands-on experience.

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,800.00 per year
