A beautiful vintage solitaire ring featuring a sugarloaf cabochon-cut garnet, mounted in a 9ct yellow gold mount with wide, engraved shoulders, fully hallmarked inside the shank. A gorgeous dress ring from the 1970's.

Maker's mark "S&B".
