An attractive vintage signet style ring, set with a beautiful cabochon-cut amethyst, neatly rub-over set and mounted in 9ct yellow gold, with full British hallmarks. A fine ring which can be worn as a ladies dress ring, or as a gentleman's pinky ring.
Hallmarked as 9ct gold, dated Birmingham 1991.
Maker's mark "CG&S" for "Charles Green & Son".
The amethyst in the setting measures approximately 9.6 x 8mm.
