A rare, finely made Victorian statement brooch crafted in 15ct yellow gold. The brooch is circular in shape and features realistic acorns and oak leaves to the centre, with cannetille work adorning the outer border. To the reverse is a glazed locket compartment, intended to hold a photograph or lock of hair. A beautiful antique piece in great condition, complete with its original fitted leather case.

The diameter of the brooch measures approximately 38mm.
The approximate weight is 14.2 grams.
CONDITION: In very good antique condition with some light surface wear commensurate with age. The pin fitting works perfectly, the hinge is not loose.
