An intriguing antique fob seal housed in 9 carat yellow gold, the base set with a cushion-shaped carnelian, seal engraved with the monogrammed initials PG and a bear on all fours with chains. Originally this piece would have been used to stamp wax seals on letters and likely would have been attached to an Albert watch chain; a unique, personal touch from the one who owns the fob.

Unmarked, tested as 9ct gold.
The fob measures approximately 31.5mm (H).
The base measures approximately 26.4mm x 22.6mm.
The approximate weight is 14.2 grams.
