An incredible antique bangle bracelet crafted in 9ct yellow gold, with embossed floral details around the entire circumference, the front with an attractive frilled border, hinged with a push-in clasp and safety chain. The inside of the bangle has clear English hallmarks dating it to 1913, manufactured by well-known Birmingham jewellers Smith and Pepper.
Hallmarked as 9ct gold, dated Birmingham 1913.
Maker's mark "S&P" for Smith and Pepper.
The inner circumference measures approximately 170mm.
The width of the bangle measures approximately 13.5mm (widest) to 9.4mm (thinnest).
The approximate weight is 12.4 grams.
CONDITION: In very good antique condition, with some light surface wear commensurate with age. There are a couple of light indents to the inside of the bangle as shown in the photos.
