A stunning brooch of an Australian battlecruiser, likely H.M.A.S. Australia, launched in 1911, with a map of Australia hanging below. The brooch is crafted in 9ct yellow gold, bears a hallmark to the reverse and has a gilt pin. A rare and unusual piece of Australian history.

Hallmarked as 9ct gold with a "J" letter.
