Beautifully designed, this antique ring made in 18ct yellow gold features sapphires, pearls and rose-cut diamonds in floral cluster formations. The centre is set with four round blue sapphires, with small rose-cut diamonds set in between, with a trefoil of pearls set to each shoulder.
Hallmarked for 18ct gold.
