Returns

Here at Jeremy Silverthorne Fine Jewellery Co., we want your buying experience to be easy and enjoyable.

We have faith in every item we sell. Therefore we offer a zero hassle returns service.

Returns on items purchased in-store and online

• You may return a purchased item for a full refund if the item is not to your liking, or if it arrives damaged, defective or "not as described".
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it to us. The item must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be sent to us in the original packaging, including any boxes or added accessories originally sent with the item.
• Returned items must be sent to us in their original received condition. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item has been tested or altered.
• Returned packages must be sent to us using a tracked/signed service. We are not liable for any lost packages that are sent without a tracking number/signature.
• International customers must declare their packages as "returned goods". Failure to do so will result in import and/or customs charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or "not as described". In this case we will reimburse the buyer's postage costs.
• If your item was sent using a specially requested shipping service, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns on items purchased via layaway/deposit

• You may return an item purchased via layaway/deposit following the guidelines above. A 15% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns on items which have been altered, sized or custom made

• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any items which have been sized, altered or custom made. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase as we will always do our best to make things right for you.
