A stunning antique piece, professionally converted in our own workshop from a brooch into a pendant, the three vertical bars adorned with old cut and rose cut diamonds in a swirling motif, weighing an estimated total of 0.25 carats, crafted in 15ct yellow gold. The pendant is available with or without the 9ct yellow gold rolo link chain as shown.
