An exquisite antique pendant featuring a pear-shaped central amethyst, with four rose-cut diamonds set to the outer edges, within an openwork frame studded with eight small pearls, crafted in 15ct yellow gold and complete with its original fitted leather box from Carrington & Co., Regent Street, London. A fine antique piece in well-kept condition that looks wonderful paired with a simple gold chain.
